What is Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray?
When you spot the first signs of a cold, you need Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray. It’s a clinically proven medical device that helps to reduce the risk of early cold symptoms from developing into a full blown cold.
How to use this product
Always use Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / pharmacist has told you. Spray once into each nostril while holding the other nostril closed, several times a day, or as required.
To prime pump, remove cap and, while holding the bottle upright, spray into the air until a uniform mist is released. Insert the spray head carefully and not too deep into the nose. Tilt the head forward and spray one puff into one nostril while holding the other nostril closed. Repeat with the opposite nostril. Wipe the nozzle clean after use and replace the protective cap.
How does Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray work?
Containing the active ingredient carragelose, it gets to work in just three simple steps. It forms a shielding layer in your nose to help trap viruses so they can’t infect healthy cells. These trapped virus particles are then cleared naturally through the nose, relieving your cold symptoms.
Is Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray suitable for children?
Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray is suitable for children aged 1 year and above. If you’re looking for a similar product for a child under the age of 1, speak to your doctor or pharmacist for advice on alternative treatment options.
Is Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Yes, Lemsip First Action Nasal Spray is suitable if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. However, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must always ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any new medicine.
