What is Numark Nasal Decongestant Spray?
Numark Nasal Decongestant Spray is a treatment that works to treat a blocked nose. The active ingredient in this spray is oxymetazoline, which is a decongestant. A decongestant is a type of drug that helps to reduce congestion in the nasal passages and make breathing easier. It works in minutes and provides relief for up to 12 hours.
What causes nasal congestion?
Nasal congestion is caused most often by an illness, such as a cold, the flu, or an allergy such as hay fever. When infected, the cells in the nose become inflamed. This makes the blood vessels become enlarged, causing a blocked nose. Excess mucus is also formed as a result of the inflammation and can cause a runny nose as well.
