Blow your nose before use, with each nostril being blown. Then shake the bottle of nasal spray and removing the cover. If using for the first time, spray three times to start it. To use, insert into the nostril and tilt your head slightly in the direction of the nostril (for the left nostril, tilt slightly left) and spray twice. Gently inhale the second spray and then repeat the process with the other nostril. Allow a couple of minutes for the spray to work and then blow any remaining solution away with a tissue. Once you have finished, clean the tip of the spray using soapy water and then dry it. Do this process up to six times a day if needed.
